COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

Be prepared prior to arrival for the following:

If you are feeling ill or displaying any flu-like or respiratory symptoms, please stay home and reschedule your visit for a later date.

Everyone who enters our space (staff, guests, delivery drivers, etc.) has their temperature taken before entering. Those with a temperature over 100° will not be able to enter the space.

Masks are required to be worn throughout the experience. All staff will be wearing masks and all guests will be required to wear them anytime they are not sitting at their table and will also be required to wear them anytime an employee is interacting with them at table.

Please arrive on time as we do not have a waiting area. No parties will be seated until their entire group has arrived.

Bar seating is closed, indoor seating is closed, and we only offer dinner reservations. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a table to those who are only looking for drinks or desert. We will not be accepting reservations for parties larger than 8 and our seating for groups that are larger than 4 is very limited so please plan accordingly and make reservations in advance.

Once you arrive:

Please observe proper social distancing (at least 6 feet) throughout your visit.

The gates to our courtyard will no longer be used as an entrance to the space, instead we will be using Truss & Twine’s front door as our entrance to screen guests before they enter the restaurant. There will be a separate area from which to exit upon completing your meal.

Touchless hand sanitizer dispensers are available in every area of the restaurant, please use them as needed. We will ask you to sanitize your hands upon arrival.

All of our menus are disposable and are printed daily, no menu is ever used twice. We also have digital menus available upon request for anyone who would prefer them.

Your table will be fully sanitized and will have nothing on it when you are seated. Your server will bring you rolled flatware and water shortly after you are seated.

We have boxes available for any leftover food, though we will no longer package anything ourselves. Instead we will bring a box to you at your table for you to package it.

Please be courteous of both our staff and our guests throughout your visit, we are working hard to make this the safest dining experience possible and are dedicated to ensuring that we uphold all safety protocols each night.
